§ 15327 School District Improvement Powers

The governing board of the school district or community college district in which a school facilities improvement district has been formed shall have the same rights, powers, duties and responsibilities with respect to the formation and government of school facilities improvement district as the governing board has with respect to the school district or community college district. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1997, Ch. 893, Sec. 22. Effective January 1, 1998.)
