§ 28801 Licensee Record Inspection Requirement

It shall be unlawful for any person having custody of any of the books, accounts, or other records of a licensee willfully to refuse to allow the commissioner, upon request, to inspect or make copies of any of those books, accounts, or other records. (Added by Stats. 1998, Ch. 668, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1999. Operative July 1, 1999, by Sec. 4 of Ch. 668.)
