§ 14002 Severability Of Provisions

If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, this invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this chapter are severable. (Repealed and added by Stats. 2013, Ch. 537, Sec. 2. (AB 1247) Effective October 4, 2013.)
