§ 10831 Corporation Formation Applicability

The provisions of this article apply to corporations formed on or after January 1, 1980, under Part 3 of this division and pursuant to this article and to corporations existing on December 31, 1979, and formed under Section 9201.2 of the Corporations Code then in effect.
