§ 108 Corporate Filing Fees

The fees of the Secretary of State for filing instruments by or on behalf of corporations are prescribed in Article 3 (commencing with Section 12180) of Chapter 3 of Part 2 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 682.)
