§ 8030 Court Reporters’ Fund Deposits

All fees and other revenues received by the board shall be reported promptly to the State Controller and shall be deposited with the State Treasurer to be placed in the Court Reporters’ Fund, which fund is continued in existence in the State Treasury, and shall be available, upon appropriation by the Legislature, to carry out this chapter. (Amended by Stats. 2019, Ch. 463, Sec. 6. (AB 1520) Effective January 1, 2020.)
