§ 7350 Establishment Sanitation And Safety

Key Takeaways

  • •If you own or work at a place like a restaurant or shop, you can't let people live there or use it in a way that makes it dirty or unsafe.
  • •The place must have its own separate entrance, not shared with any living areas.
  • •Breaking this rule can get you in trouble with the law.

Example

A restaurant owner lets their employees sleep in the kitchen at night.

This is not allowed because the kitchen is where food is prepared, and having people sleep there could make it unsanitary and unsafe for customers.
