§ 7342 License Issuance Requirements

Licenses in the practice of the occupation for which the license was sought shall be issued by the board to any applicant who satisfactorily passes an examination, who possesses the other qualifications required by law and who has remitted the license fee required by this chapter. The license shall entitle the holder to engage in the practice of that occupation in a licensed establishment. The license shall be issued by the board on the same day that the applicant satisfactorily passes the examination. (Amended by Stats. 2003, Ch. 788, Sec. 33. Effective January 1, 2004.)
