§ 4863 Wellness Committee Quorum Rules

• •At least 3 people from the wellness committee must be present to have a meeting.
• •For any decision to be made, more than half of the committee members present must agree.

If only 2 members show up, they can't make any decisions. If 4 members are there, at least 3 must agree to pass a new rule.
