§ 4862 Wellness Committee Compensation

• •People on a wellness evaluation committee get paid for each day they work.
• •They also get their expenses covered, like travel or food.
• •The payment rules are the same as in Section 103.

If someone is on a wellness committee and travels to a meeting, they get paid for that day and their travel costs.

The law says committee members get daily pay and expense money, just like other workers in Section 103.
