§ 4151 Pharmacy Corporation Licensing Requirements

Each shareholder, director, and officer of a pharmacy corporation, except an assistant secretary and an assistant treasurer, shall be a licensed person as defined in Section 13401 of the Corporations Code. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 890, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1997.)
