§ 2277 D.P.M. Use Restrictions

Unless the holder of any certificate provided for in this chapter has been granted the degree of doctor of podiatric medicine after the completion of a full course of study as prescribed by a school or college of podiatric medicine in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, the use of the term or suffix “D.P.M.” constitutes unprofessional conduct. (Amended by Stats. 1999, Ch. 655, Sec. 25. Effective January 1, 2000.)
