§ 19806 Criminal Conduct Exclusion

Key Takeaways

  • •This law does not allow anything that is already illegal under other laws.
  • •It does not override or change other rules about what is illegal.
  • •If something is against the law in another part of the Penal Code, it stays illegal.

Example

If there is a law that says you can't steal from a store, this law doesn't change that.

Even if this law talks about other things, stealing is still against the law, and you can still get in trouble for it.
