§ 17928 County Clerk Filing Fees

(a) Upon prepayment of the fee established pursuant to subdivision (b), the county clerk may furnish to any person who so requests daily or less frequent summaries or compilations of filings under this chapter. (b) The fee for furnishing information under this section shall be fixed by the county clerk with the approval of the county board of supervisors and shall be sufficient to pay at least the actual cost of furnishing such information.
