§ 17568 Violation Penalties

Any person violating the provisions of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than two hundred dollars ($200) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment of not less than 10 days nor more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1092, Sec. 52. Effective September 27, 1983. Operative January 1, 1984, by Sec. 427 of Ch. 1092.)
