§ 9730 Interference With Licensing Actions

Key Takeaways

  • •Don't mess with people doing their job if they're following the law.
  • •If you do, you'll be reported to the people who gave them their license.
  • •Those people have to respond quickly, within a set time.

Example

A health inspector is checking a restaurant for cleanliness.

If the restaurant owner yells at the inspector and tries to stop them from doing their job, the owner can be reported to the group that gave the inspector their license. That group has to look into it right away.
