§ 5869 County Children’S Care Funding

The State Department of Health Care Services shall provide participating counties with all of the following: (a) Applications for funding guidelines and format, and coordination and oversight of the selection process as described in Article 4 (commencing with Section 5857). (b) Contracts with each state funded county specifying the approved budget, performance outcomes, and a scope of work plan for each year of participation in the children’s system of care program.
