§ 4489 Hospital Director Responsibilities

The hospital director is responsible for the overall management of the hospital. In his absence one of the other hospital officers or in the absence of both officers a program director shall be designated to perform his duties and assume his responsibilities. (Added by Stats. 1977, Ch. 1252.)
