§ 4407 Developmental Services Property Transfer

The State Department of Developmental Services shall have possession and control of all records, papers, offices, equipment, supplies, moneys, funds, appropriations, land, and other property real or personal held for the benefit or use of the Director of Health in the performance of his duties, powers, purposes, responsibilities, and jurisdiction that are vested in the State Department of Developmental Services by Section 4406. (Added by Stats. 1977, Ch. 1252.)
