§ 4245 State Hospital Contract Terms

• •Contracts under this law run from July 1 to June 30 every year, unless someone ends them early.
• •The person in charge (Director of State Hospitals) or the other side can stop the contract before the year is up.
• •Every year, the contractor must write a report showing how they spent the money and what they did.

A company gets a contract to provide food for a state hospital.

The contract starts on July 1 and ends on June 30. If the company does a bad job, the hospital boss can cancel the contract early. Every year, the company must send a report showing how much they spent on food and if they did what they promised.
