§ 18472 County Relief Budget Limits

The department shall from time to time fix for each county maximum and minimum relief case budgets within the range of which the board of supervisors may establish its own policies. All budgets and standards shall be based upon need and minimum budgets shall be sufficient to maintain the recipient and his dependents in accordance with minimum living requirements as provided in Section 18473. (Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 1784.)
