§ 14403 Medi-Cal Single Plan Enrollment

• •A person on Medi-Cal can't be in more than one prepaid health plan at the same time.
• •This rule makes sure people don't get confused or get too much coverage.
• •If you try to join two plans, one will say no.

If you have Medi-Cal and try to sign up for two different health plans, like Healthy Families and Kaiser, at the same time.

Medi-Cal will not let you do this. You have to pick one plan only.
