§ 14205 Chapter 7 Application Rules

• •This law says that most of the rules from Chapter 7 also apply to this chapter unless there's a special exception.
• •If you break any rule in this chapter, it's like breaking a rule from Chapter 7.
• •The rules from Chapter 7 are the same unless this chapter says something different.

If Chapter 7 says you can't drive without a license, and this chapter doesn't say anything different, then you still can't drive without a license.
