§ 10062 Health Services Authority Transfer

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the State Department of Health Services and the Director of Health Services shall have those powers and duties conferred by state law upon the State Department of Social Services and its director as is necessary to carry out the purposes imposed on it by this chapter. (Amended by Stats. 1977, Ch. 1252.)
