§ 9364 Election Board Oath Requirement

Each member of the board of election before entering upon the discharge of his duties shall take and subscribe an official oath, which may be administered by any officer authorized by law to administer oaths, or by any landowner in the drainage district. (Added by Stats. 1943, Ch. 369.)
