§ 9305 Assessment Annulment Procedures

• •If a court says the whole assessment is wrong, the board has to start over.
• •The board must do a new assessment using the rules in Part 4.
• •After the new assessment, everything else follows the usual steps.

A group of homeowners sues the city because they think their property taxes were calculated wrong.

If the court agrees and throws out the whole tax assessment, the city has to do a new one using the rules in Part 4. Then, they follow the normal steps for taxes after that.
