§ 9043 District Warrant Payment Options

It is discretionary with the board of trustees of any such reclamation district, levee district or drainage district to apply such warrants in payment of the assessment, or to apply the same as provided by Article 2 of this chapter. (Added by Stats. 1943, Ch. 369.)
