§ 8750 Drainage District Assessment Levy

Whenever in the opinion of the board it is necessary to levy an assessment upon any lands within the drainage district for any of the purposes specified in this chapter, the board shall adopt plans and make careful estimates of the costs and expense. (Added by Stats. 1943, Ch. 369.)
