§ 4325 Watermaster Fund Collection Procedure

Key Takeaways

  • •This law explains a special way to collect and share money for water distribution.
  • •It replaces the usual rules for handling this money in other parts of the law.
  • •The rules here are different and only apply to this specific situation.

Example

Imagine a town where farmers need water for their crops. Normally, the town collects money from farmers and shares the water in one way.

This law says, 'Forget the normal way—here’s a new way to collect and share the money for water.' So, the town follows these special rules instead of the usual ones.
