§ 4301 Owner Service Requirements

• •This law is about how to officially give papers to owners.
• •You can give the papers directly to the owner in person.
• •You can also send the papers by mail, following the rules in Section 1013.

If you need to tell your neighbor about a problem with their tree hanging over your fence.

You can either hand them the papers yourself or send them by mail using the rules in Section 1013.
