§ 2604 Water User Objection Notice

• •If you asked for water rights, you'll get a report in the mail.
• •You have at least 60 days to say if you disagree with the report.
• •Even if you didn’t ask for water rights but are listed in the report, you’ll also get a copy and can object.

A farmer gets a report in the mail saying how much water they can use for their crops.

The farmer reads the report and thinks the amount is too low. They have 60 days to write back and say they disagree.
