§ 21607 District Boundary Adjustments

When land is included within a district after its formation, its board shall, not less than 120 days before any election in the district, reestablish the boundaries of the divisions within the district so as to include the included land therein and so as to make the divisions as nearly equal in size and population as may be practicable.
