§ 20724 Petition Signature Withdrawal

Signatures to the petition may be withdrawn at any time before its publication is commenced, by filing a declaration, signed and acknowledged by the petitioner, with the board of supervisors of the principal county, stating that it is the intention of the petitioner to withdraw therefrom. (Added by Stats. 1943, Ch. 372.)
