§ 177 Board Member Appointment Terms

All members of the board shall be appointed for terms of four years. Vacancies shall be immediately filled by the Governor for the unexpired portion of the terms in which they occur. (Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 40, Sec. 2. Effective May 26, 1983.)
