§ 13515 Water Reclamation Facility Loans

In order to implement the policy declarations of this chapter, the state board is authorized to provide loans for the development of water reclamation facilities, or for studies and investigations in connection with water reclamation, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 13400) of this division. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1969, Ch. 482.)
