§ 13410 Construction Loan Application Requirements

Key Takeaways

  • •You must describe what you plan to build when asking for a construction loan.
  • •You have to prove you really need the loan and can't get money elsewhere without a big problem.
  • •You must show how you'll pay back the loan.
  • •The state might ask for more details if needed.

Example

A small town wants to build a new community center but doesn't have enough money.

The town must explain what the center will look like, why it's needed, and why they can't just sell bonds or use their own money. They also have to show a plan for paying back the loan, like using future ticket sales or donations.
