§ 1330 Protesting Application Approval

• •If you care about a decision the board is making, you can tell them you don’t like it.
• •You have to write down why you don’t like it and send it to the board.
• •You have to do this before the time they say in their notice, unless you have a really good reason to be late.

Your neighbor wants to build a big factory next to your house, and the board is deciding whether to let them.

If you don’t want the factory there, you can write to the board and say why. You have to do it before the deadline they give, unless you have a good reason, like you were in the hospital.
