§ 12891 State Loan Grant Payments

In order to effectuate loans or grants made by the department pursuant to this chapter, the State Controller shall, upon demand of the department, draw warrants made payable to such public agencies and in such amounts as are from time to time designated by the department. The State Treasurer shall pay such warrants from available moneys. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1967, Ch. 27.)
