§ 12750 Small Flood Control Projects

Small flood control projects not specifically authorized by Congress undertaken by the United States Corps of Engineers pursuant to Section 205 of the Flood Control Act of 1948 (Public Law 858, Eightieth Congress, Second Session, approved June 30, 1948), as amended, are hereby adopted and authorized at such estimated costs as may be appropriated for state cooperation by the Legislature upon the recommendation and advice of the Department of Water Resources. (Added by Stats. 1957, Ch. 254.)
