§ 1275 Water Application Supplemental Information

Key Takeaways

  • •After you apply for something, the board might ask for more details to make sure everything is clear and correct.
  • •They will give you enough time to send the extra information they need.
  • •The extra info could be about things like making sure there's enough water available, protecting fish and animals, or following environmental rules.

Example

You apply to use water from a river for your farm.

The board might ask you to show that there's enough water left in the river for fish to live, and they'll give you time to prove it.
