§ 12696 San Diego Army Project Plans

The city and the Army have a plan to build a new park near a river.

If the city finds out the original plan for the park won’t work because of flooding, they can change the plan to move the park to higher ground. But the new plan must still help with the goals of keeping the river area safe and nice for people.
