§ 11806 State Treasurer Transfer Certification

The amounts required to be transferred by the State Treasurer as provided in this part shall be ascertained and computed by the department and the certificate of the department is conclusive and binding upon the State Treasurer. (Amended by Stats. 1957, Ch. 1932.)
