§ 11595 Property Disposal And Leasing

Subject to the provisions of Section 11464, the department may do any of the following: (a) Sell or otherwise dispose of any rights of way, easements, or property when it determines than they are no longer needed for the purposes of this part. (b) Lease or rent rights of way, easements, or property. (c) Take, receive, and apply for the purposes and objects of this part the income, profit, and revenue received from the sale, lease, rental, or other disposal. (Amended by Stats. 1957, Ch. 1932.)
