§ 11555 Contractor Performance Bonds

The department shall require of each contractor bonds for the faithful performance of any contract or subcontract and for the payment for any labor, materials, or supplies used in, upon, for, or about the performance of the work contracted to be done. The bonds shall fix such terms and conditions and be in such amounts as the department deems necessary. (Amended by Stats. 1957, Ch. 1932.)
