§ 11125 Central Valley Project Authorization

The public interest, welfare, convenience, and necessity require the construction in the manner provided in this part of a system of works for the conservation, development, storage, distribution, and utilization of water, with incidental generation, transmission, and distribution of electric power which system of works is designated as the Central Valley Project and is specifically approved and authorized. (Added by Stats. 1943, Ch. 370.)
