§ 11102 Public Water Agencies Definition

“State agency” includes any irrigation district, reclamation district, municipal utility district, public utility district, water district, water storage district, and any public or municipal corporation, political subdivision, district, State agency or authority now or hereafter organized under and by virtue of the laws of the State now in effect or hereafter enacted. (Amended by Stats. 1943, Ch. 376.)
