§ 10708 Groundwater Extraction Fees

A local agency which establishes a program for the management of groundwater resources pursuant to this part may fix and collect rates for the extraction of groundwater to pay expenses incurred by the local agency for purposes of groundwater management. (Added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 472, Sec. 1.)
