§ 1507 Department Staff Appointments

The director may appoint and, in accordance with law fix the salaries of: (a) A deputy director. (b) Such other officers, deputies, technical experts, and employees as may be necessary for the proper discharge of the duties of the department. (Enacted by Stats. 1959, Ch. 3.)
