§ 1501 Department Powers And Duties

This law says that one department now handles all the jobs and responsibilities that used to be spread across different departments related to cars and driving.

Key Takeaways

  • •All car and driving tasks are now under one department.
  • •You don’t have to go to different places for different car-related things.
  • •This makes it easier for the government to manage everything about cars and driving.

Example

Before, if you needed to register your car, you might have to go to one office, but for a driver's license, you went to another.

Now, everything about cars and driving—like registering your car, getting a license, or paying fees—is all handled by one department.
