§ 11702 Vehicle License Issuance Rules

The department may issue, or for reasonable cause shown, refuse to issue a license to any applicant applying for a manufacturer's, manufacturer’s branch, remanufacturer's, remanufacturer’s branch, distributor's, distributor’s branch, transporter's, or dealer’s license.
